Founded by Mindy Segal and James Beard, Mindy's edibles is Cresco lab’s flagship line of artisanal edibles. Mindy Segal has trained in some of Chicago’s most influential restaurants and is currently the Chef/Owner of Mindy’s Bakery in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood.
